Pain - The darkest emotion everyone has.

The International Association for the study of pain’s widely used definition defines pain as “an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage, or described in terms of such damage”.

As they also said it’s an emotional experience. I don’t think anyone will deny that we do feel pain without getting hurt physically.

If you’ll see things in your life precisely then you’ll find that you’re living two life at the same point from the time you born in this world.

First and the one which we mostly consider and remember is belongs to our body i.e. physical. We’re growing everyday with our body as we all agree that we don’t look the same like we look at the time we born. All the activity which leads our physical presence directly connected to this part of our life.

And the second which we live but never realised is belongs to our mind i.e. emotional. As we’re growing up physically, we’re also growing up emotionally every day. We had no idea and understanding about love, hate, compassion or any other emotion which we feel or understand today at the time we born. So, it means that we’re also building our emotional manifesto along with our physical presence and experience in this world.

Did you ever notice that two different person facing the same circumstances are having totally different experience and viewpoint? How is it possible and what is the reason behind it?

Ahh… Wait! I’m not playing any Question Answer session here. So, find your answer on your own.

“The best and the most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart.” – Helen Keller

In this modern era, you’ll get talks about your physical fitness and presence everywhere which belongs to your physical life because everyone is watching How you look? What you do? And all the stuff related to your physical presence in this world.

But what about your mental fitness which totally depends on the emotional journey you went through or you’re going through. Why do people feel so scary talking about their very own feelings?

Let me tell you that it is the best to accept whatever you feel because to feel is far better than to touch. Think about it, learn and grow.

“Respect other people’s feelings. It might mean nothing to you, but it could mean everything to them.” – Roy T. Bennett

And because my motto to write this article is to talk about our emotional life. So, I decided to talk about pain; the darkest emotion everyone has.

we took this emotion so harshly on us that we forget it is nothing more than a page of our life but we think that it is in every part of our life. The only thing which is in every part our life is emotion; it can be love, hate, pain, happiness or whatever. We’re truly responsible for what we chose. Even if we chose only love, that package of emotion will come with it. It is just a matter of experiencing things consciously. So, stop worrying or feeling down about it.

Publilius Syrus said that “The pain of the mind is worse than the pain of the body.”

And even I believe that It's better to have a physical pain because emotional hurts the most. But somehow, physical heart manages to hurt the most when it breaks emotionally. Maybe, it's exception or it is our perception which makes it exceptional.

I think heart never breaks, it is our trust which breakdown and it is our belief that makes us believe to feel disheartened. I believe that trust can be broken with a person but never with emotion.
So, Love can happen again. Only, you've to do is to believe and to feel. Maybe, your heart knows someone better.

As we all want that our physical life should be the best; we should also think about our emotional life. What do you think?

I believe to ride on both journey with positivity and conscious mind.

Share your journey with us.
Also, share this article with love, to love and for love.

Thankyou!
